3. Subscriptions and Trials
We offer a 7-day free trial. After the trial, access requires a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Prices and terms are available on our pricing page. All payments are handled securely through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. User-Generated Content
Any content generated through Rapid Visual, including text and images, is fully owned by the user who created it. We do not claim any rights over your generated content.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates third-party providers, including replicate.com, OpenAI, Mistral.ai, and Hetzner. These services may process your data as necessary to provide the functionality of Rapid Visual. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to using it to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content, attempting to access restricted areas, or reverse-engineering any part of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Visual shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
